We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Synergy Counseling. In this full-time remote position, you will play a vital role in supporting children and their families through individualized assessments and intervention strategies. Work Environment
This position is remote, providing flexibility while being deeply embedded in school-based services for children. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to create a nurturing educational environment that promotes development and ensures the best outcomes for young children. Your remote work will require excellent communication skills and the ability to engage meaningfully with families and team members through virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each child.
Partake in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring the plan aligns with family priorities and concerns.
Monitor outcomes and progress as a committed member of the intervention team, making adjustments as necessary to support growth and development.
Provide coaching and evidence-based strategies to families, empowering them with information and tools for enhancing their child's development.
Utilize the Natural Learning Environment Practices in your approach to facilitate skill acquisition in a familiar and engaged manner.
Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards for health and safety.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, working to support their growth in the areas of physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. The aim is to deliver impactful early intervention services that resonate not only with the children but also with their families, equipping them with the tools and support necessary for ongoing development.
Qualifications
Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
License to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
A valid driver's license is necessary.
Ability to adapt to various learning styles tailored to each child’s individualized treatment plan.
Preferred Experience
A minimum of one year experience working with children in early intervention settings.
Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
