Position Overview Grateful Guidance Psychiatric Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs and challenges of clients, creating tailored treatment plans that promote healing and growth.

Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities to empower patients in their journey towards emotional well-being.

Collaboratively establish and track therapeutic goals with clients, celebrating progress and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Engage in regular collaboration with colleagues through staff meetings, supervision sessions, and feedback loops to enhance clinical practice and ensure consistent quality of care.

Offer reliable teletherapy solutions for clients who may face barriers to accessing in-person services, ensuring equitable care for all.

Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your expertise in family dynamics, individual concerns, and relationship issues will enable you to address a broad spectrum of mental health conditions often encountered in our community. You will be instrumental in helping families navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and conflict resolution, contributing to healthier family units.

Qualifications

Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Georgia.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related discipline is highly preferred.

Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations in a clinical setting.

Proven ability to conduct individual and couples therapy effectively.

Preferred Experience

Past experience in community health settings is a plus.

Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Training in specialized therapeutic techniques (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy) is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $101,000 annually, along with bonuses based on productivity.
