Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, addressing mental health concerns through evidence-based practices.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating input from interdisciplinary team members.

Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and medical staff, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress and treatment effectiveness.

Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, fostering resilience and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus This role involves working primarily with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, ranging from mild to severe cases. You will be responsible for offering empathy and support while employing therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate their mental health challenges. Our client demographic is diverse, encompassing various cultural backgrounds and life experiences, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

At least two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a mental health setting.

Strong skills in diagnostic assessments, treatment plan development, and the ability to implement therapeutic interventions effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

A commitment to ethical practice and social justice, with a genuine passion for improving mental health outcomes.

Preferred Experience

Experience in telehealth and familiarity with remote therapy tools and platforms.

Background in working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.

Knowledge of current best practices in mental health treatment for anxiety and depression.

Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this role ranges from
