With a hybrid flexible schedule for both full-time and part-time positions, our employees work from home while also having the resources to engage directly with clients through telemedicine. This approach ensures our Therapists can meet their clients' needs effectively and conveniently without compromising professional growth. Work hours for full-time employees typically run Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts, while part-time schedules may vary from Monday to Saturday, depending on team needs. Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for: Providing individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients' specific needs through thorough assessments and evaluations. Delivering evidence-supported therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a safe and open environment. Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies to achieve optimal client outcomes. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, integrating approaches from various therapeutic disciplines. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. Participating in ongoing scholarly workshops and professional development initiatives to remain current with advancements in mental health research and practices. Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse array of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Counselors at Phoenix Psychotherapy Clinic must demonstrate a cultural competence to engage effectively with varied socio-economic backgrounds and demographics, striving to create a supportive atmosphere that encourages healing and growth. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon. A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical environment. Strong competencies in understanding legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport with diverse clients. Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma therapy will be given preference, as these areas are essential to our patient care strategy. Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems is also beneficial. Compensation and Benefits

The Phoenix Psychotherapy Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, which may be supplemented with incentives based on performance and client engagement.
