This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while also working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. As part of our team, you will utilize telehealth technology to conduct sessions, ensuring that you can provide high-quality care irrespective of location. Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing tools like Zoom or HIPAA-compliant platforms, providing individual, family, and group therapy aimed at addressing diverse mental health conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating evidence-based practices to support their progress and healing. Provide timely crisis intervention, ensuring safety for clients experiencing acute distress, while equipping them with coping strategies and resources. Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to all procedural, state, and federal regulations concerning patient information security. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current trends, research, and literature in mental health counseling. Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with diverse populations, catering to individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, requiring sensitivity, cultural competence, and a tailored approach to care. Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution. Current eligibility for licensure in Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Previous experience delivering therapy services to clients in diverse settings. Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients. Commitment to inclusivity and cultural competence, providing affirming care regardless of background. Ability to navigate telehealth platforms efficiently and adapt to various technological tools. Preferred Experience

Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care. Participation in continuing education and professional workshops relevant to mental health practices. Familiarity with electronic health record systems to manage patient documentation effectively. Compensation and Benefits
