We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Child and Youth Behavioral Health Clinic. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and identify available support resources.
Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals, assessments, and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
Work collaboratively with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals, to coordinate care and design effective client-centered treatment pathways.
Engage in crisis intervention strategies, performing risk assessments, and developing safety plans to ensure client safety and well-being.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups, creating safe spaces for clients to share and learn.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will primarily serve children and youth grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will guide them toward recovery, emphasizing evidence-based interventions that empower clients and their families to navigate their unique journeys.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
Strong knowledge and understanding of a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to connect and engage with clients effectively.
Preferred Experience
While not required, experience working with children and adolescents in mental health settings, familiarity with case management processes, and skills in crisis intervention will be considered an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and includes a sign-on bonus as an incentive for joining our team. Additionally, we offer:
