Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your role will encompass a range of critical functions, including:
Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans.
Delivering evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
Collaborating effectively with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client, addressing their unique needs.
Providing crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, employing de-escalation strategies and safety planning.
Participating in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and education.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and develop therapeutic relationships with clients.
A strong foundation in cultural competence, allowing you to effectively work with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
Solid organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation and meet regulatory standards.
Preferred Experience
In addition to the qualifications listed above, we encourage candidates who have:
At least two years of experience working as a mental health counselor in a clinical setting.
Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, particularly in community mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits
