This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the resources of an outpatient office setting. As part of our compassionate team, you will have access to advanced telehealth technology, online documentation systems, and ongoing support from management. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life commitment while ensuring you are equipped to provide your clients with uninterrupted care. Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth client assessments to formulate tailored treatment plans that reflect the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families. Implement diverse therapy methodologies, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide clients through challenges, with a focus on relationship dynamics. Continuously evaluate clients' progress and adapt therapy strategies to ensure effective outcomes and ongoing client engagement. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state and federal regulations. Engage in regular professional development activities to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and trends within the field. Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from individuals seeking personal development to families navigating relational challenges. You will predominantly focus on various concerns including, but not limited to, parenting issues, marital discord, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be vital in fostering a comfortable environment where they feel safe to express themselves. Qualifications

A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required. Possession of a valid LMFT license in the state of Maryland is essential. Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapy practices. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with clients and colleagues alike. Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years post-licensure experience providing family therapy or related counseling services. Experience in using teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred. Certification in advanced therapeutic techniques (such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, etc.) is a plus. Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from

USD 100,000 – 110,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
