Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

Provide individualized care through various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and incorporate evidence-based interventions.

Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for open communication and healing.

Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive treatment approach.

Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment protocols, enabling timely responses to clients' urgent needs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to empower clients with knowledge and coping strategies.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
