Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's journey toward improved mental health. Utilize various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other established modalities, fostering an environment where clients can discover their strengths and resilience. Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring that client information is handled professionally and ethically. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, integrating perspectives from psychiatrists and other professionals to deliver well-rounded care that meets the diverse needs of our patients. Participate in weekly case consultations and peer reviews, engaging in collaborative discussions that enhance clinical practice and foster a culture of continuous learning. Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care and treatment options. Stay informed on the latest research developments in the mental health field to continually improve your practice and deliver the most current and effective interventions. Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, trauma histories, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our approach prioritizes empowerment through connection and support, allowing clients to navigate their journeys towards healing with confidence. Your role will be crucial in helping to inspire hope and facilitate meaningful change in their lives. Qualifications

A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist in New York State. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate successful therapeutic relationships with clients and their families. Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques and the ability to effectively tailor interventions to address individual client needs. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities that enable you to navigate complex client situations and provide guidance toward positive outcomes. Preferred Experience

Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in implementing evidence-based therapies. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and practices. Compensation and Benefits

Lifespan Home Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and dedication to improving client care.
