Position Overview Trinity Health Counseling PLLC is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist, with credentials such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, to join our team. This full-time, remote role is integral in providing high-quality therapy services to individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to specific client needs and treatment goals.

Conducting thorough initial assessments to evaluate client history and current mental health challenges, alongside regular follow-ups to track progress.

Collaboratively developing and revising individualized treatment plans, ensuring that they align with best practices and the specific goals of each patient.

Actively engaging in a multi-disciplinary team process, sharing insights, and contributing to the overall treatment plan that enhances the well-being of our clients.

Documenting therapeutic progress and maintaining accurate client records while minimizing unnecessary paperwork to prioritize client interaction.

Participating in regular team meetings and continuing education workshops to stay updated on industry best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus Our client population includes individuals facing a range of challenges related to substance abuse, mental health disorders, and familial relationship issues. You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including adults and adolescents, from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals navigate their unique struggles and develop coping strategies for a healthier future.

Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

A current, active license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapy practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to tailor interventions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Preferred Experience While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

Experience in substance abuse counseling or trauma-informed care approaches.

Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

A background in working with familial units, understanding systemic practices that impact relational dynamics.
