You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive treatment tailored to each patient's needs.

Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices and solution-oriented approaches.

Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet diverse client preferences and requirements.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and the highest standards of record keeping.

Engaging in collaborative discussions with an interdisciplinary team to enhance coordinated care and improve therapeutic outcomes for patients.

Participating in regular case conferences and peer reviews to foster continual professional development and elevate care standards.

Providing educational resources and support for patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about mental health and treatment options.

Staying abreast of current research and methodologies in the mental health field, integrating newly acquired knowledge into your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification, many of whom face co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Your role as an LICSW is critical in helping these clients access the support they need and build coping strategies that promote long-term recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a sound theoretical foundation in social work practices.

A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential within the state of Washington, affirming your qualifications and capability to provide independent mental health services.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in providing psychotherapy services to clients.

Proficiency in evidence-based solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, tailoring therapies to meet clients’ unique needs and preferences.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong therapeutic relationships and establish trust with clients.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills that empower you to address complex cases comprehensively.

A collaborative spirit, which enables you to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment while fostering supportive relationships.

Preferred Experience Experience working in detox or substance use recovery settings is highly preferred, as you will be better equipped to navigate the challenges faced by patients in these environments. Knowledge of the latest therapeutic techniques and familiarity with digital health tools can also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits We believe in recognizing and rewarding the dedication of our employees. Our competitive compensation package includes a yearly salary range of

USD 115,000 to 130,000 . In addition to salary, we offer:
