As a key member of our team, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams to create intuitive, scalable and intelligent experiences that deliver value to our clients and their employees.This role expands beyond a traditional product design role. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help shape our AI-powered design practice by creating and supporting design standards and experience frameworks that enable AI-driven product development.You’ll leverage modern AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and delivery while maintaining design oversight.
