Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient mental health and formulate effective treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based interventions and techniques, including solution-focused therapy, to provide effective psychotherapy to clients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and counselors, to provide comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies to foster recovery. Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest research and advancements in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will be essential in developing tailored treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs and circumstances. We focus on fostering a trusting relationship with clients, allowing us to better address their mental health concerns and facilitate meaningful recovery. Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. A valid LCSW license in the state of New York. Strong knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and other therapeutic modalities. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, fostering a strong rapport with patients and team members. Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient documentation efficiently.
