Precious Health Valley Mental Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This remote position primarily focuses on providing support within a school environment located in Macon, Georgia. As a clinical social worker, you will directly assist clients coping with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, facilitating their path to recovery and wellness through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on specific presenting problems and client requests for services.
Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to develop integrated care plans that align with the needs of the clients.
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues to advance shared goals for client care and improve overall service delivery.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
Participate actively in crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
Identify and address any safety concerns within the treatment environment, implementing protocols to secure the well-being of all clients.
Facilitate communication between clients, family members, and multidisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The LCSW will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school environment, addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychosocial issues. By creating a culturally competent approach, the candidate will provide transformative support that enhances emotional well-being and academic performance, reassuring families that their loved ones are receiving compassionate care.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited program is required; a Master's degree in social work (MSW) is strongly preferred.
Current LCSW license to practice in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical social work services in a mental health setting, ideally in a school or community-focused environment.
Proficiency with evidence-based treatment modalities and familiarity with school-based mental health frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and respect in diverse interactions.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with children and adolescents, especially in educational settings.
Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and the ability to apply them effectively in high-pressure situations.
Previous collaboration with educational professionals and understanding of IEP processes is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
Precious Health Valley Mental Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
