Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, documenting findings accurately for developing tailored treatment plans.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the specific challenges and objectives of each client.
Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to promote healing and growth.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care that ensures continuity and effectiveness of treatment.
Provide education and support to family members of clients, enhancing their understanding of the mental health recovery process and encouraging participation.
Adhere to regulatory and ethical guidelines while maintaining confidential records, ensuring clients’ rights and dignity are respected at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus
In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients facing various mental health disorders, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use issues. The clinic places a strong emphasis on cultural competence, allowing you to engage with clients from different backgrounds and life circumstances. Your work will contribute significantly to enhancing clients’ overall well-being and promoting their social and emotional recovery.
Qualifications
A current and valid license in one of the following disciplines: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders.
Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills that foster trust and motivate clients throughout their recovery journey.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, essential for effective collaboration within a diverse treatment team.
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience working with various mental health populations, with a focus on trauma-informed care.
Demonstrated proficiency in both individual and group therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive annual salary, with a range of $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
