Position Overview Envision Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time remote therapist. This position allows you to provide vital mental health services while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Work Environment This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the complexities of clients' mental health challenges, identifying their strengths and available resources.

Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions by employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

Develop and craft individual treatment plans, outlining specific therapeutic goals and interventions to facilitate client progress.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

Provide crisis intervention support, conducting risk assessments, and establishing safety plans when necessary.

Maintain accurate, compliant documentation that reflects therapeutic processes and client progress while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, leading psychoeducation classes, and support groups that empower clients in their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus You will be working with a diverse population of clients, spanning various ages and backgrounds, who are seeking support for an array of mental health conditions. Your role will be instrumental in assisting individuals struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and more, enabling them to achieve their mental health goals. The community-focused approach of Envision means you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored interventions that contribute to the overall well-being of our clients.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

At least two years of demonstrated experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.

A strong command of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and treatment approaches.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, along with excellent assessment capabilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in providing therapy within a community health clinic setting.

Familiarity with electronic health record systems for maintaining client documentation.

Knowledge of cultural competency in working with diverse populations.

Experience in crisis intervention and navigating mental health emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits Envision Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the salary, employees can look forward to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
