As a remote Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor, you will operate in a fully digital environment, utilizing secure online platforms to conduct therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including: Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations to clearly identify clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans. Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring therapy is tailored to meet unique needs. Employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all clients. Maintaining accurate clinical records, upholding ethical standards, and complying with all legal requirements pertinent to mental health practice. Continually updating professional knowledge through ongoing education, including workshops and research, in order to stay informed of the latest advancements in the mental health field. Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals coping with anxiety, depression, family issues, trauma, and more. Our clients seek a range of support from daily coping strategies to in-depth therapeutic interventions. The telehealth platform allows for accessibility to clients from various geographical backgrounds, enhancing the inclusivity of the care we provide. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia. A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, with significant engagement in therapeutic practices. Preferred Experience

Additionally, experience in telehealth services is highly preferred, as it demonstrates the ability to adapt therapeutic practices to a virtual context. Any familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and online therapy platforms will be considered an asset. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000 per year, in recognition of your expertise and dedication.
