Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote clients’ personal growth and mental wellbeing.

Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress.

Utilize teletherapy software and tools to facilitate sessions, ensuring efficient scheduling, client follow-ups, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of each session.

Engage in professional development and attend training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse range of clients experiencing mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. By leveraging a telehealth model, you will reach individuals from various backgrounds and locations, ensuring that high-quality mental health care is accessible to everyone, particularly those who may face barriers to traditional in-person services.

Qualifications

Current and valid state license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

Proven ability to build strong therapeutic relationships, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Exhibit a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude, providing a supportive environment for clients.

Organizational prowess with adeptness in managing caseloads and maintaining compliant documentation for regulatory requirements.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting working directly with clients in individual therapy.
