The work setting for this position is primarily remote, with opportunities for in-office collaboration at our outpatient facility in Tucson. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group counseling sessions based on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive client care.
Participate actively in professional development workshops and training to enhance your clinical skills and stay current on mental health advancements.

The clients you will serve include individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Qualifications
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license within the state of Arizona is essential.
A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.
Proficiency in using EMR software and familiarity with telehealth platforms is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Specialization or certifications in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and caseload.
