Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, enabling the development of effective and personalized treatment plans.
Deliver individual therapy sessions that utilize customized therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and facilitate healing.
Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, enabling them to track their progress and achieve desired outcomes.
Utilize teletherapy options to reach clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus
Your primary responsibility will be to support clients facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Qualifications
Possession of an active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) state license.
A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

A deep sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental approach to clients' unique experiences and struggles.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
