Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, utilizing evidence-based practices, to create tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals. Your clinical skills will be pivotal in navigating initial evaluations.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to provide empowering psychotherapy sessions. Your empathy and active listening will be foundational for forming deep therapeutic relationships.
Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. This ensures the highest level of ethical standards and provides necessary continuity of care.
Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists and psychologists in case consultations to deliver comprehensive care, integrating various therapeutic perspectives to enhance treatment outcomes.
Engage with clients and their families to provide insightful education about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge to make informed decisions regarding their care.
Participate actively in professional development opportunities such as webinars and training sessions, keeping current with advancements in the mental health field to continually improve service delivery.
Actively address and follow up on client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary and maximizing their potential for recovery.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clientele consists of individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. We pride ourselves on our ability to connect with and support a diverse population, ensuring that the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client are respected and understood in their treatment journey.
Qualifications
A valid Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
Active licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Proven ability to implement solution-focused psychotherapy interventions effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to establish rapport with clients and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in an outpatient setting with diverse populations.
Familiarity with various treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
History of successful treatment outcomes with clearly defined patient goals.

USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
