Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to gather essential information about clients' mental health and inform treatment strategies.

Develop and implement personalized evidence-based treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused techniques to facilitate client progress.

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to provide holistic care.

Engage in ongoing education and professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health.

Provide education and support to clients and their families, fostering a collaborative relationship that empowers them in their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health conditions. We are committed to inclusivity and aim to provide culturally competent care to all our clients, catering to their specific needs while empowering them to achieve healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.

A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant field.

Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

A collaborative mindset and an eagerness to work as part of a cohesive treatment team.

Preferred Experience

Experience in school-based settings, providing therapy to children and adolescents.

Specialized training in trauma-informed care or other relevant certifications.

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
