Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methods to create individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms, employing techniques tailored to each client’s unique requirements, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support and feedback throughout the duration of treatment.
Document all treatment sessions thoroughly and promptly, maintaining accurate records that reflect client progress and treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Mental Health Counselor at Lotus Mental and Wellness Medication, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustments to life stressors. Qualifications
A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
A master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
