Work Environment

Regular office hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some evening and weekend hours required based on client appointments. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough clinical assessments to completely understand each patient's unique background, challenges, and needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans emphasizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored to each client's specific circumstances.
Implement therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to foster effective coping strategies among clients.
Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, safeguarding patient confidentiality.
Work closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to coordinate optimal care.
Engage in ongoing case consultations and participate in regular peer review meetings to enhance the quality of therapeutic services.
Provide education and resources for clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatments, and available community support options.
Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatments and methodologies to continually refine your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
