As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will: Conduct extensive mental health assessments, taking into account various medical conditions that may affect patients' overall well-being. Develop, implement, and adjust integrated treatment plans that holistically address both psychiatric and medical aspects of care. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each individual's circumstances. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia. A proven track record of successfully addressing mental health needs, particularly for patients with co-occurring medical conditions. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients. A strong understanding of maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality. Proficient in using electronic health records and familiar with various computer applications related to mental health care. A collaborative mindset with proven experience in working within interdisciplinary teams. Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with additional years in integrated care settings or specific experience in working with unique patient populations will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
