Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day tasks will include:
Conducting detailed clinical assessments to fully understand each client's unique mental health needs and formulating effective treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based intervention techniques.
Providing a broad range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored to meet the preferences and requirements of individual clients.
Maintaining detailed and timely clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to safeguard client confidentiality and data integrity.
Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, actively participating in case consultations and peer reviews to share insights and enhance the quality of client care.
Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and resources available, fostering an environment of empowerment and informed decision-making.
Staying informed of the latest advancements and research in mental health to continually refine your skills and improve treatment outcomes for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in facilitating their healing journeys and helping them manage their conditions effectively.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.
A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
A minimum of three years of experience in providing psychotherapy services within a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
Expertise in solution-focused and evidence-based practices, showcasing your ability to foster meaningful change in clients' lives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges in client care effectively.

Preferred Experience
Experience working in community health settings or outpatient mental health clinics.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and adherence to best practices in documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
We value your expertise and dedication, offering an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
