Position Overview Wellpath Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a remote full-time capacity. Work Environment This full-time position allows for flexible remote work, providing you the autonomy to manage your schedule while ensuring that you maintain a work-life balance. Although primarily remote, you will be part of an integrated outpatient team that values collaboration and professional growth. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will conduct virtual sessions and participate in team meetings to ensure continuity of care. This position offers you the chance to work on meaningful cases with diverse families and individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in Child and Family team meetings, contributing actively to treatment planning, reviews, and interdisciplinary discussions.

Conduct thorough assessments for clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and track treatment updates. Submit all required documentation in adherence to agency protocols and local regulations.

Maintain strict confidentiality while managing client records, ensuring safety and compliance in documentation practices.

Utilize evidence-based practices to accurately diagnose and manage treatment for children and adolescents dealing with various psychological issues.

Plan and implement targeted therapeutic strategies for children and adolescents, tailoring your approach based on individual needs and circumstances.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly, providing feedback and support as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus This role focuses on providing therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. You will engage with clients facing a spectrum of challenges, including behavioral issues, emotional distress, and relational conflicts. Your expertise will help pave the way for healthier family dynamics and improved emotional development in young populations.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

credential.

A

Master’s degree

in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.

At least

2 years

of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably working with children and families.

Demonstrated knowledge of psychological theories regarding personality development, individual differences, and abnormal behavior.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and team interaction.

Preferred Experience

Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Play Therapy.

A background working within an outpatient setting, understanding the unique challenges and expectations involved.

Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain client documentation and treatment tracking.

Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from

$100,000 to $105,000
