Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, including positive behavior support plans and medication treatment strategies.

Utilize evidence-based screening tools to guide clinical decision-making and enhance treatment outcomes.

Timely completion of required documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to necessary resources.

Foster open communication with team members and stakeholders to uphold contract standards and advance our organizational mission.

Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to build partnerships and explore funding opportunities that benefit our programs.

Pursue ongoing professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and meetings related to mental health practice.

Promote the agency's mission, values, and principles in all aspects of your work, integrating these into client interactions and community relations.

Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse group of clients requiring mental health services, ranging from individuals dealing with chronic emotional distress to those seeking recovery from substance use challenges and managing developmental disorders. Your work will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment that aids in the clients' recovery journeys.

Qualifications

A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

An active and independent LMHC License is mandatory.

Preferred Experience While specific years of experience may vary, a background in outpatient counseling, crisis intervention, or collaborative treatment strategies will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches will be an asset.
