Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to become an integral part of our team at Healing Haven for Mental and Emotional Corp. In this full-time role, you will provide specialized mental health services through a telehealth platform, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care from the comfort and privacy of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Render evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the individualized needs of our diverse patient population, primarily through telehealth video and telephone sessions.

Conduct comprehensive intakes, individual therapy sessions, and, when applicable, group and family therapy, utilizing established therapeutic frameworks to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

Implement thorough mental health assessments and provide timely counseling, referrals, and intervention services based on client needs and goals.

Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with Federal, State, and internal guidelines, ensuring transparency and compliance within the healthcare framework.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination and a holistic approach to treatment delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will focus on a wide spectrum of patients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various emotional disturbances. You will be instrumental in creating tailored treatment plans that foster recovery and resilience while utilizing telehealth technologies to ensure accessibility. Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field with an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a deep understanding of therapeutic interventions.

Proficiency in telehealth practices, with at least 1 year of experience in a remote work environment.

Strong technical capabilities, including access to a reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet, alongside a private, quiet space conducive to therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

Experience with outcome measurement and progress tracking in therapeutic settings.

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and patient management.

Demonstrated involvement in continuous professional development activities and specialized training.

Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position is set within the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
