Work Environment

Completely remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Full-time commitment with the flexibility for part-time options, accommodating over 30 hours per week or more than 5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and ethical counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring patients feel safe and supported.

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Instruct clients in the development of new coping mechanisms, problem-solving tactics, and effective communication strategies, empowering them to thrive.

Document client progress accurately while minimizing paperwork to focus on patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on treating stable, low-acuity adults who seek mental health support. You will work with clients who benefit from counseling around issues such as anxiety, stress management, relationship challenges, and personal development. By providing targeted support, you will play an integral role in their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Applicants must hold a current, independent state license as either an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.

No history of disciplinary actions related to your professional practice.

Strong interpersonal skills combined with competent computer literacy, which will facilitate effective counseling and communication.

A stable Wi-Fi connection to support uninterrupted telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience While a specific number of years of experience is not mandated, candidates who have previously worked in a telehealth environment and have experience with adult clientele are highly desirable. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and prior engagement in outcome-driven care will enhance your effectiveness in this position.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your hours worked and experience.
