Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives personalized therapeutic support.

Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus Our client population includes individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and various relational issues. Qualifications

A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is mandatory.

Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

A minimum of two years of applicable experience in providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical or telehealth setting.

Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations surrounding mental health practice.

Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate documentation and client tracking.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits The compensation package for this role is highly competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 based on caseload management and client engagement.
