Bar Admission:
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Nevada Bar
Experience:
1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage client matters from intake through resolution
Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel
Handle cases involving debt collection, financial hardship, or tenant rights
Use the firm's Salesforce-based system to track progress and manage communications
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and administrative staff
What You Won't Do
No billable hour requirements
No sales or client acquisition
No fee generation responsibilities
No late nights — standard 9-to-6 schedule with real work-life balance
Ideal Candidate Profile
Active Nevada Bar license and Nevada residency required
1–2 years of litigation, negotiation, or relevant legal experience
Background in consumer law, financial disputes, or personal injury is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Committed to a full-time role
Passionate about helping underserved or vulnerable populations
