Position Overview Blended Healing Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team as a full-time remote counselor. In this role, you will provide essential therapy and counseling services to a diverse population of clients, addressing their unique mental health needs and guiding them towards personal growth and healing. Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular remote therapy sessions, guiding clients through various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic family therapy.

Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and progress, utilizing assessment tools and ongoing evaluations to inform the treatment process.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, session notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely help during periods of acute distress.

Collaborate with fellow clinicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Stay current with best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy, participating in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to navigate complex family dynamics and provide culturally competent support will be essential in helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes and personal growth.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

An active and unrestricted state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Proven ability and experience in providing therapy services via telehealth platforms.

Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

Outstanding organizational skills and the capacity to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in working with diverse populations and addressing unique cultural needs.

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy technologies is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations and provide de-escalation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits include:
