Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

Provide high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Utilize various modalities, adjusting approaches based on client goals and preferences, ensuring effective and personalized therapeutic interventions.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create a holistic care plan for clients, enhancing the overall treatment experience.

Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that meets ethical and legal standards while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying current on the latest research and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, among others. Your expertise will guide clients towards transformative goals, significantly impacting their quality of life.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.

Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.

Familiarity with system-based approaches in therapy and an understanding of community resources available to clients.

Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.
