Position Overview Brighthope Behavioral Center is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to join our fully remote mental health clinic. As part of our detox center team, you will engage with clients needing essential behavioral health support while enjoying the autonomy to design your own working hours.

Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Brighthope, your essential functions will include:

Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' unique needs and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

Implementing a wide array of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring each approach is tailored to the client's distinct circumstances.

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and upholds industry standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to streamline patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.

Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at continuous professional development and quality assurance in service delivery.

Providing education to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources they can access for further assistance.

Staying current with advancements in the mental health field and integrating newly acquired knowledge into your clinical practice for enhanced patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will involve supporting a rich tapestry of individuals, including adults and families facing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clinic is dedicated to providing culturally competent care, working toward improving the overall wellbeing of our clients while fostering recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in delivering psychotherapy services.

Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience Preferred qualifications include experience in a remote work setting and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient documentation. Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and holistic treatment modalities is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life and disability insurance coverage. We also provide malpractice insurance, an employee assistance program for mental health support, and minimal administrative responsibilities, allowing you to focus on patient care.
