Position Overview Wellness Assured, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a vital member of our outpatient therapy service, you will deliver high-quality patients care through psychotherapy, utilizing both in-person and telehealth methods. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments using evidence-based practices to accurately diagnose psychological disorders, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, and grief-related issues.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and set therapeutic goals collaboratively with each client, ensuring that interventions are tailored to the individual’s unique circumstances.

Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities based on best practices, ensuring effectiveness while building a rapport and therapeutic alliance with clients.

Maintain precise and current documentation of clinical services provided, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and summary notes, while upholding strict patient confidentiality standards.

Measure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions through regular assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed to optimize client outcomes.

Stay informed on advancements in mental health practices and engage in continuous professional development opportunities.

Offer resources and support essential for clients to meet their personal goals, fostering a sense of empowerment and growth.

Contribute positively to the collaborative environment of Wellness Assured through effective communication and teamwork with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus The clients you will serve represent a diverse demographic, presenting a range of mental health challenges. Through targeted interventions, you will support individuals from all backgrounds, focusing on their needs and working towards facilitating meaningful change in their lives. Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Current licensure as a mental health professional in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory to practice.

Demonstrated experience in various psychotherapy modalities and an understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the resilience to manage interruptions effectively.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a deep commitment to fostering a supportive client relationship.

Preferred Experience

Experience providing care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients across multiple settings.

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery models to cater to a diverse client base.

A strong understanding of current trends in mental health and crisis intervention techniques.

Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications.
