Work Environment
This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing mental health professionals the flexibility to create their own conducive workspaces. As a member of our community health clinic, you will leverage teletherapy technologies to conduct sessions, enabling you to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and geographical locations. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional functioning, and behavioral needs.
Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each individual's needs.
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
Employ therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, ensuring tangible outcomes for each client.
Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to clients during critical moments, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential client records while adhering to legal and ethical standards, safeguarding the dignity and privacy of our clients.
Engage in collaborative care by communicating effectively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
Stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatment by participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards established by relevant licensing boards and organizations to uphold the integrity of the therapeutic process.

Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnosis, backed by strong analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
Commitment to the well-being of clients, characterized by empathy, compassion, and respect.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal standards that govern mental health practices.
Preferred Experience
A minimum of three years of direct experience in a clinical mental health setting.
Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care approaches.
Background working in community health clinics or similar settings is a plus.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
