Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique mental health concerns and collaboratively develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Set and track therapeutic goals, regularly evaluating client progress and adjusting interventions as needed for optimal outcomes.
Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide convenient virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face mobility challenges.
Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about the latest mental health trends.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our client population varies widely, encompassing individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As an LMFT, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to these clients, fostering a safe environment for them to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies. You will work with families, couples, and individuals, tailoring your therapeutic approach to each unique situation, and helping clients navigate their journeys to recovery.
Qualifications
A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and foster trusting therapeutic relationships.
Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' experiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Preferred Experience
Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, particularly in a remote capacity.
Background in specialized areas of therapy, such as trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, or family dynamics, is a plus.
Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
