Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to identify mental health challenges and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Provide therapeutic services through various modalities, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy, employing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients and ensure a multifaceted approach to mental health treatment.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state laws and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software to streamline patient record management.
Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to enhance your skills and stay current with advancements in mental health research and practices.

Qualifications
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required for this position.
An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
