We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team at Renewal Roots Center. This full-time remote role provides a unique opportunity to impact the emotional health of individuals, couples, and families from the comfort of your own home while also allowing flexibility to occasionally meet clients in our Dallas, Texas outpatient office.

Work Environment
This position offers a remote work environment, allowing therapists the flexibility to conduct sessions via telehealth platforms while engaging with clients at their convenience. Despite the remote nature, we maintain a collaborative and supportive atmosphere among our team members, promoting regular virtual meetings and continuing education sessions to encourage professional growth and connection.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, and Group Therapy sessions.
Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to facilitate healing.
Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies, setting clear objectives and measurable outcomes for your clients.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care for complex cases.
Offer crisis intervention services, assessing risk and developing safety plans as situations demand.
Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enhance client engagement and community support.
Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and progress in compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various cultural, economic, and social backgrounds. You will work with clients experiencing a wide range of issues, particularly those facing relational difficulties, mental health conditions, or significant life transitions. Qualifications
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Preferred Experience
A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient counseling setting.
Experience with various therapeutic modalities and an ability to adapt interventions to the needs of the client.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
