The Mental Therapeutic Consulting Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing meaningful rapport and professional relationships that adhere to ethical standards and boundaries.
Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss their progress, goals, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring that all discussions are documented accurately.
Develop, implement, and evaluate client-centered treatment plans that address individual needs and preferences, integrating various therapeutic modalities.
Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather necessary background information and assess clients' mental health needs.
Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative approaches to foster client growth.
Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to discuss clinical experiences, growth opportunities, and receive feedback on therapeutic approaches.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to coordinate care and improve treatment outcomes.
Maintain an open mindset focused on personal and professional growth, continuously seeking ways to improve service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our practice serves a wide array of clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological issues, providing them with tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at promoting holistic well-being.
Qualifications
A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
An unrestricted, independent, current, active LPC license is essential to practice in the State of Texas.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.
Proficiency with technology, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software is important to streamline documentation and client management.
Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.
Comfort with conducting intake assessments and ensuring comprehensive client evaluations.
Preferred Experience
Experience with specific therapeutic methodologies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), is a plus.
Previous work experience in a multidisciplinary team environment is highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications. In addition to a fee-for-service compensation model with guaranteed payment ahead of collections, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
