Licensed Mental Health Counselor
to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote role offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 90,000 to 104,000
annually, dependent on experience and hours worked. In this position, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality mental health care and solutions to our clients, helping them achieve a better quality of life.

Work Environment
As a member of our fully remote team, you will experience the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Conducting ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions through video chat to ensure effective client engagement.
Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, facilitating a therapeutic environment.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges and promote personal growth.
Guiding clients in gaining insights into their emotions, thoughts, and relationships, fostering a deeper understanding of their experiences.
Continuously monitoring client progress and providing adaptive strategies to promote the development of healthy coping mechanisms.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our target population consists of stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse range of mental health needs. As part of our mission, you will be supporting individuals from various backgrounds, offering them the essential tools and strategies to navigate life's challenges effectively.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
A completed
Master’s degree
in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
A valid, independent license to practice, which includes any of the following:
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) ,
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .
No provisional or limited licensure and no disciplinary actions on your record.
Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with an empathetic nature.
Strong computer literacy, especially with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, prior experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with solution-based therapies will be beneficial. Additional qualifications may include specialized training in specific therapeutic techniques or additional certifications.
