Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and diverse groups, specializing in modalities such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create holistic care strategies for clients.
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal guidelines, ensuring a high level of integrity in client documentation.
Stay updated on mental health advancements and research by participating in professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their personal struggles and achieve emotional stability. Qualifications
Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, ensuring you possess the foundational knowledge necessary for best practices in therapy.
A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, showcasing your practical skills in providing therapeutic support.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 100,000, based on caseload and experience.
