Fallon Psychotherapy PTE. LTD. is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our user-friendly online platform, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.
Continuously monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, based on regular assessments and feedback.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
Engage in collaborative discussions with a network of mental health professionals to ensure clients receive well-rounded care.
Adhere to professional and ethical standards in every facet of therapy, maintaining confidentiality and respect for client autonomy.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress management, and more. This role requires a sensitivity to cultural differences and challenges that may be encountered, allowing you to tailor your approach effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in empowering clients to unlock their potential and achieve their mental health goals.
Qualifications
A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.
Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a PsyD.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy sessions, with a commitment to maintaining client privacy and security.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate both independence and teamwork in a remote work environment.
Preferred Experience
Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques are advantageous (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
Prior experience in delivering virtual counseling is preferred.
Experience working with specific populations such as adolescents, couples, or families could be beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
