Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health conditions and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.
Deliver individualized therapy sessions using customized therapeutic techniques that foster personal growth and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and diligently track their progress towards these objectives.
Provide teletherapy services to clients seeking convenience and flexibility, eliminating barriers to access for those who may have difficulty attending in-person appointments.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of each client's treatment process to uphold ethical standards and enhance continuity of care.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and stay current with the latest advancements in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
Possess an active, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
Demonstrated ability to establish secure and trusted therapeutic relationships, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibit a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients.
Possess excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, preference will be given to applicants with experience in providing teletherapy and those familiar with evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Experience working with substance use disorders and knowledge of addiction treatment may also enhance your candidacy.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
