Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
Provide specialized psychotherapy services using various modalities tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly evaluate their progress through formal assessments and casual check-ins.
Implement virtual therapy sessions as part of a hybrid care approach, accommodating clients with varying levels of accessibility.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
A valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to therapy.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively balance client load.
Preferred Experience
Although experience levels can vary, we prefer candidates with specific expertise in therapeutic modalities and a track record of effectively working with diverse populations. Experience in telehealth practices is a plus, ensuring you can adeptly conduct therapy sessions via video calls.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with your experience and workload.
