Valor Center for Mental and Behavioral Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to determine each client's unique challenges and the best course of treatment.
Create tailor-made therapeutic plans that align with clients' needs, focusing on their goals for mental wellness.
Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that promote engagement and healing.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
Educate clients' families about the therapeutic process, providing tools and strategies to support their loved ones throughout recovery.
Maintain accurate and confidential records while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards of practice in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Valor Center, you will serve a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as communication difficulties, relationship conflicts, trauma, and mental health conditions. Qualifications
A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
Completion of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
Ability to empathize, demonstrate compassion, and hold a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' personal experiences and struggles.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential for managing caseload and administrative tasks effectively.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a clinical setting providing marriage and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive yearly salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
