Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.
A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is mandatory.
