Carriage Wellness and Therapeutic Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in a fully remote setting. Key Responsibilities
Utilize various mental health therapy techniques and interventions to provide effective care to individuals and families dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges.
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop initial discharge plans tailored to the needs of each client.
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as outlined in the treatment plans.
Collaborate with clients to create initial treatment plans based on thorough assessments, adjusting services as necessary over time.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services in compliance with clinic and professional standards.
Manage an assigned caseload effectively, ensuring each client's needs are met through targeted interventions.
Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.
Respond to client feedback and resolve any issues, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction at all times.
Complete any additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the clinic's objectives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Must possess the appropriate state or national licensure for professional therapy practitioners, or be eligible to obtain such licensure.
Candidates should hold current licenses as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
Preferred Experience
Ideally, you should have a minimum of two years of experience working in clinical settings with adults and/or children. Experience providing interventions across the lifespan will be an asset to your application.
